Another user sent me a shared link. How do I download these files?

I'am basic user ,another share link to me 136G files,tell me how to download ?

    Thanks for posting your question on the forum, congzhouliang!

     

    To clarify, are you not seeing the "Download" button at the top of your screen, after opening your shared link? In general, the Dropbox website has a downloading limit of 250GB.

     

    Are you seeing any errors, if you attempt to download all files at once?

     

    Let me know more details on what happens exactly.

    Are these files organized within various subfolders? If yes, you can download each one of them separately by hovering over them and hitting on the "Download" button with the downward arrow.

    Hmm, I see. Can you try to download these subfolders separately and let me know if that works? 

     

    As for the rest of the files, is it possible to ask the owner to organize them into smaller subfolders?
