Can we remove the comment feature?

Dropbox allows for people to comment on a document without opening the document. These comments stay on the platform, but they cannot be seen if you open the document, they can't be downloaded from the website, so WHY DO WE HAVE THAT AS AN OPTION!!!!! 

 

I know you can 'disable' the comments, but they can be enabled again... Please remove that feature.
