Can't play my videos

Hi can someone help pliz im trying to watch videos from my dropbox but some videos are not working thay just buffer for 20 secs and then just static pic dose anyone know why some play and some dont also my account is not active

    Hi Ksaffy86, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Is this occurring on the Dropbox site itself, the mobile app, or when the files are downloaded on your machine?

     

    Also, could you clarify what you mean by your account not being active? How are you accessing these files

    Hi there on my app on my phone and not downloaded anywhere just where thay save and account not being payed 4 no more and theres no memory left thanks

    If the files are visible in the Dropbox mobile app, could you try marking them as offline and seeing if they play afterwards?
