Constant subscription screen on Dropbox website
Dear Dropbox Support Community,
I am experiencing an issue where, every time I log in to the Dropbox website, I keep seeing the subscription screen, even though I do not need it and cannot seem to get rid of it. Despite trying several fixes (e.g., clearing the browser cache, using incognito mode), the issue persists. I am using the web version of Dropbox, not the desktop app.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
