Download fails always

Always the same problem with Dropbox. It cannot handle big files, a platform which main function should be to manage big files. Currently all the platform it's a spammy scam made to force you to subs...

I always have problems with downloading or uploading multi-gigabyte files from or to DropBox. DropBox fails without any detailed explanation and your only recourse is to try again. That's why I switched to Google Docs instead because I've never had an upload or download failure with any files. Google Docs and other similar services work fine on my computer, unlike DropBox. It does not matter whether I use FireFox, Chrome, or Safari; DropBox drops dead on all of them for large uploads or downloads.
