Why is my image in dropbox for a long time saying "i am sorry" on the picture

7 years agoHey tunggo, initially, please note that Dropbox doesn’t alter your files in such a way.
For this reason, the first step would be to check if the photos contain this when they are initially uploaded to your Dropbox account.
Also, ensure if these photos are or are not shared with other users. In the case that they are, it could be that the photos are edited by another user. You can find more info about shared folders here and editing permissions here.
