Getting an error (5XX) on the website

Hello DropBox,

 

Currently receiving Error (5XX). How long does it generally take to resolve this?

    I can login on an android phone, but nothing else.

    I reset my password, but the computer said:  there was a problem, and it wouldn't let me open my account.

    (I am using a Mac).   Any ideas?

    This thread says "Solved," but I'm still getting the error message and have been for the past 30 minutes.

    Same error.  Cannot even see a place to send them an email. It appears they have no personalized support. If not for the community of CUSTOMERS helping eachother out, we'd be in the dark.
