How can someone send me their photos, so that I can download them?

im 75 and woudlliek to get photos form my pal i pad he has no means of adding to a little pen drive --i cnat use a phone on line it is too complicated so use my laptop i thought hed sedn me photos in...

Does he have his own Dropbox account where the photos are saved? 

 

If yes, he can move all these photos in a folder on Dropbox, create a shared link for them instead and send it to you. With this link, you should be able to access the entire folder and download the photos from it.

    nancy no he doesnt have a dropbox i wondered how to make one on his i pad as he be ok with me doing that but no idea how to even get on internet on an i pad to be honest 

    some on said connect his ip ad to my compouter but his charging cable doesnt fit my computer vut maybe i can buy one somewhere

      Ah, I see. There are cables and other means to connect his iPad to your computer indeed. However, you’d need to check this with a local shop/manufacturer, since we can’t provide support I’m afraid. 

       

      As for creating a Dropbox account for him, you can go to the App Store on his iPad and install the Dropbox mobile app from there. Upon opening the app, there should be an option to create a Dropbox account.

      the photis i want are on a freind i pad 

      he has a cable to charge it it doesnt fit mine 

      i have a computer that i want photos on 

      the i pad doesnt have drop box we tried but didnt manage to open and account as codes took ages to ocme thro 

      we have also tried to buy a phoxfer its a kind of pin drive with two endies that fit they say i pad and computer we wil try that 

      we wil also try to get dropx on th eip ad as well and get trianing for me and pal withphotos 

      we are not It experts we swsitch on computer and i pad and use e mail basically --the term all th eyoung folk use are way beyond our undertsanidng egsomeone asked to do something on a domian i didnt knw what a domian was sorry about this level of dumbness 

      took five try to get the codes today and eve teh question they ask are stupid they asked who have i shared with no idea it was a year ago -- anywya manage to get codes and input last one and got on so sage of photso ongoing we have asked a daughter of a freidn to have a go
