I can see some files online, but not locally.
Hi. I am unable to see some folders on my PC but I can see them online so it's not an access issue. I have chosen all folders to sync and uninstall and reinstall Dropbox but I still can't sync the folders to my PC. Hope someone can help. I've attached some screenshots to help troubleshoot. It shows that the folder "Warehouse: Dispatch" from Operations and "W23:24" from B2B Canda are in PC but both are there on Dropbox website.
Thanks for help in advance!

Hey JedYuki, how are you today?
It seems that the folder you're talking about has a colon (:) in the file-name. That'd be an illegal character to sync to Windows devices.
You can see more about that here. Can you try renaming the folder online, and seeing if it's going to sync locally?
Let me know more!

Hey Megan,
This worked! Thank you so much! You have no idea how much time and effort you saved me with this.
Cheers!
Jed
