I no longer see my starred items.

HI! I opened Dropbox after a couple of months and found that my customers' file selections in shared folders are no longer visible. The files are still there, the comments too, but the "stars" are gone. How can I do? Thank you

    Hey dinoma, welcome to our Community! 

     

    Can you clarify if you're checking online, or locally on the device for the starred items? 

     

    If you visit your starred page here, are you able to see anything in regards to these files?

     

    Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

    Hi Megan!
    The problem exists both online and on devices (pc and smartphone). If I visit the page you indicated to me, I don't see the files.

    Hey dinoma, sorry to jump in here.

     

    If you go and open the particular folders on dropbox.com, do you perhaps see a "recents" option right above the names of the files?

    No Hannah, there's not a "recent" option, among all those visible.

    The very strange thing is that on some files the comments of the person with whom I share the folder remained, but the "special" choice did not!

    Hi dinoma, just for clarification, are you saying that you're able to see files with Stars that another user in a shared folder has Starred on their own account?
