Impossibilità di scaricare file / Unable to download files on my PC

Buonasera da qualche giorno a questa parte ogni file che ho nelle mie cartelle di Dropbox si sincronizzano ma non riesco a scaricarle dalla cartella istalla su pc mentre invece dal web posso scaric...

Buonasera Mark, ma come faccio a fare in modo che su questo pc dove non c'è Onedrive possa aprire senza problemi i miei file?
