Missing images when downloading batches of photos from the photos tab

Hi tewksjj, welcome to our Community! 

 

I'd like for you to try downloading the files in smaller batches, do you notice the same behavior? Let's say for instant that you download 50 files, that 3 of these files have the same file name.

 

What happens if you also try a different browser altogether? 

 

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hi tewksjj, if this works when you try to do it in smaller batches then it might have to do with the too many files you're trying to download, or even your browser. 

 

Have you tried a different browser at all? Or you can clear your cache on Chrome, and then try again.
