Photos being Compressed to Zip

The whole reason I had my wedding guests upload their photos to dropbox was because according the dropbox they are stored without compression. Now I have thousands of guest photos and I can't figure ...

If you're trying to download a folder of files or multiple files at the same time, you'll get a Zip file. To get individual files you'll either need to download them one at a time, or install the Dropbox application on your computer an allow the files to sync down to your local drive.
