Picture color changes when saving or downloading content.
Hello,
I was sent a link with raw images from my photographer, when I save the image or download it, it changes the color, can you please tell me how to fix this so that it downloads or saves the original picture? thank you,
Andrea

Hey AndreaM8989, I hope you're doing well!
When did this start happening, and is it only present with raw, image files?
Would you mind sending me a couple of side-by-side screenshots of the files when you preview them through Dropbox and what you see in terms of their color when you download them?
I'll be waiting for your reply!

This started happening any time I press "save image" or "download" on any of the pictures that were sent to me through the Dropbox link. Ever since the first time I pressed save on any picture I noticed it. I only need the raw image files so I don't know if this is only with raw images but the raw images are the ones that I want to save and I need them to remain the same color as they originally are.

Hi AndreaM8989, when downloading the image, what format is the file saved as?
Are you able to add the folder to your Dropbox account instead for the files to sync normally to your machine, if you have the Dropbox desktop application installed?
