Scrolling folders in mobile app
It used to be that you could quickly access folders using the alphabet down the side in the mobile app. This has been changed. Now, if you tap any of the letters you are taken straight to the bottom ...

3 years agoHey Simonp0123 and Rammi-Kanj, if you open the Dropbox app, tap on "account", then on the gear icon and then you turn off the "Keep folders on top" option, does that help?

Pardon my French, Hannah, but **bleep** me. That works! How simple is that! Thank you very much. I don’t even know what ‘keep folders on top’ means. Developers create a whole new language known to nobody else but themselves and us mere mortals have to try to figure out what the f they mean. I shall put you on my Xmas card list
