Audio files are compressed/downgraded in quality when exported to iMessage.
I've noticed an issue with exporting/sharing audio files over the last few months, from Dropbox into iMessage. I often share audio files for work, and I go into the app, click share, then export file. Recently when I do this my audio files are getting compressed and severely downgraded in quality. I've also noticed file size going from 8-9mb to 2-3mb. The degrading of quality is a major problem. this bug seems to be continuing and would love to have it reported to the team!
Apps in iPhone say my Dropbox is empty
Hello! Whenever I try to attach a file saved in Dropbox from an app (for instance, WhatsApp message, or Mail app) in my iPhone (iOS 18.1), the app says my Dropbox is empty, although it is fully synced in my phone. Interestingly, from the Messages app I'm able to attach a file and if I open the Dropbox app and select to export a file to WhatsApp or Mail, it works. I've tried disabling and enabling Dropbox from the Browse option, clearing history and website data and restarting the phone, and nothing worked. Any suggestions? I have a cookbook in Dropbox so I can share it with my grandchildren. I created a new recipe today Potato Soup in Word and saved it to Dropbox. It shows up on my HP laptop where I created and saved it, but I went to Dropbox on my iPhone so I could create a link and text it to them, but it doesn't show up on my iPhone. Hi, I was trying to save a photo to my phone from a shared folder. However, when I pressed the 'Save to device' button and chose the album on my phone where I wanted the picture to be saved in, the picture vanished from the dropbox folder and it didn't load to my phone either. Can the picture be restored somehow and how can I avoid this in the future?

Exclude folders when searching for content in my mobile app.
Is it possible to exclude certain folders from the search function? I have a lot of files in my school folder when I was in college but I don’t want this folder to be searched when I search for files. I use dropbox on my iPhone by the way. Thanks
