"This file cannot be previewed because you are offline" when accessing content.

Ik krijg de boodschap Kan dit bestand niet openen in de voorbeeldweergave omdat je offline bent terwijl ik sinds een paar dagen een betalend abonnement heb (dropbox plus). Hoe kan dat?
