Trying to view comments on PDF
Hello I am working in a shared folder. I have synced it on my laptop. But when my mentor has added comments to my PDF I am unable to view them, it just says there are none there? There is plenty ...

I hadn’t thought of that. My mentor uses Dropbox with other people and does the same thing regularly. She didn’t understand why I couldn’t see the comments. I didn’t want to ask her to re-do all her work.

If your mentor is seeing the comments on the file on our website and you've made sure that you're looking at the same file, then you might need to clear your browser's cache or try another browser, Lucy.
If the issue persists, please send us a screenshot of how the file with its comments looks on your end and another one of what it looks on your mentor's end.
