Uploaded mp4 video file is cut short

I uploaded an 11 minute mp4 video file but only 35 seconds of it plays when started on DropBox.

    Hi there frankrosenthal, sorry to hear about this.

     

    When you say uploaded, can you let us know how exactly?

     

    Are you getting a specific error after the 35 seconds mark or if it's just not responding?

     

    Does the file preview normally after downloading it from the website and opening it locally on your device?

     

    Also, have you tried clearing your browser's cache or using another browser perhaps?
