Beware!! All Files from Last 3 Years Missing (2021-Present)

I logged on recently to find that all my files (from all folders) from the last 3 years are missing (from both the Windows Explorer folders and the online account).  I would love to talk to a Dropbox customer support person, but apparently that is not an option as a subscriber operating under the free plan.  I am completely baffled by the situation and very disappointed that I am unable to speak (or even live chat) to anyone at Dropbox in order to resolve the issue.  So apart from hearing from someone at Dropbox and somehow correcting the problem, I will be switching all my shared files to Microsoft OneDrive.  Any help recovering the lost files would be much appreciated!  Thank you.

Hey there Nessa82, sorry to hear about your missing files.

Can you take a look at your events page and let us know if you see any signs of them there?

This is the place where all uploads, edits, and deletions are normally logged so it should give you a hint or two.

Keep us posted on your findings!
