Can I rewind an entire folder at once?

Is there a way to rewind a folder without having to select all the files that I want to rewind?

I'm trying to rewind a folder with a LOT of files and I don't se the way I have to click in "Show newer history" and it only show me a bunch more, and after a lot of clicks it starts to slowdown and I can't select more files

Than you

  • In the end, I managed to do it using the Android app. I was lucky because I wanted to recover deleted files, and there’s an option for that. But if the files had been encrypted or something, it wouldn’t have worked.

I think the Rewind feature needs a “select all files/events” option somehow.

    Thanks

I'm glad to see that you were able to rewind your folder, Alfredo!

I've also passed your feedback about the feature to our team.

Let me know if you need anything else!

Hey Alfredo P.3, thanks for your post.

At this time it's not possible to bypass the prompts for the rewind; when going through the steps to rewind a folder, you should initially select the date you want to roll the folder back to and then the feature should prompt you to choose a specific event that happened on that date to roll the account back to that.

If you see that you have multiple events and the feature starts to slow down or time out, make sure to also try a different browser, to see if it helps.

If not, you can always contact our support team for further assistance.

Let me know how it goes!
