Corrupt Files when moving files from folder to folder (iPhone images saved with ".")

Using windows 11, I manage my drobox files in my windows folders with dropbox app installed. I drag and drop all "2023" or all "2022" files to a respectively named folder, however because these image...

The . shouldnt cause an issue at all - its a simple move. 

 

HOWEVER I'm wondering were they set to available locally before the move? If not that could cause issues

    No they weren’t saved locally as the files take up too much space on the computer. However, I still see that as a function that shouldn’t result in corrupted files, or if corrupted im surprised no notification
