Delete comments made on a file from someone else

Everyone with access to the file will be able to see the comments on it, indeed.

You can follow the steps here, to delete any comment from your file.

Hannah thank you very much for your answer but I have been trying to delete the comments but there is not such an option because the comments weren't made by me.

Do you know if they get a notification email like I did or they just view the comments when they access the file?

Hi auramona, currently, you can only delete comments written by yourself, and not others. 

Depending on their notification settings, they might receive an email for any new comments added to files.
