Dropbox won't let me permanently deletes files

I need to delete 4 huge file folders in my space. DB won't let me, says "You do not have permission to permanently delete these items." I'm not sure but might be owned by a former client. I don't want them taking up space in my account. How do I force DB to remove this massive files taking up space?

You can't permanently delete files if you're not the owner of them. You can remove the share from your account, though.

Also, as an FYI, there's no need to permanently delete files if you're just trying to save space. Deleted files (those you see in the Deleted Files section) don't take up space in your account.
