Hey weepub, let's jump right into this!
When did you get the error, and which platform did you use when this happened?
Have you checked your deleted files page, and events page for any of the missing files there?
You also mentioned if this is coming from storage space. Would you mind clarifying more? Do you mean that you ran out of available storage for your account?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

I trasfered those file from my other pc via your software(not via browser) then I have to delete the software in that pc but once deleted I verified if all files were on dropbox twice via an other pc. But suddenly, when I login to the box a few days later, I got an error message saying there is an issue and dropbox staff is working on. Then the day after it was kind of fine but I see kind if weird folder called "currencies". And I am missing files in a one folder "love" where were stoked my psd files. I did check history etc but nothing indicates I deleted them. Have you in your side make those change to suit the storage limit or How can I know what happened?

Dropbox hasnt changed anything. However, files will only upload IF you are under quota - so how did you check they'd uploaded? Did you go to www.dropbox.com/home ? The software on the computer only does the upload, it doesnt do anything else. So you could put 100gb of stuff in that folder (as its a folder like any other one on the computer) and Dropbox will only upload 2gb of it. Nothing more - even though the FOLDER has more in it.
What does www.dropbox.com/events show?
