I'm a professional photographer and I use Dropbox to share the photos with my clients. So, they are for viewing only. When I share the photos, I want them to appear in a certain order so it flows well when my customer views the photos. Dropbox has always done that until recently. I don't know how or why that little 'arrow up' went away but I'm glad this community exists so I could identify the problem.
