How do I restore a folder that's been corrupted by ransomware?

A bad program renamed all my files in a folder and its subfolders.  It appears to be OK in the cloud and I have turned off updating.  How do I download the good folder in the cloud to replace the corrupted one on my main drive?

I looked at the rewind (folder) and it would be perfect, but, for some reason, it only goes back to 27 Feb.  The errant renames were done beginning at 10:13 am on February 25.  I thought I had a 30-day window.

You have 180 days  Dr-PC if you are a paying customer (from date you start paying), but, when did you upgrade? I'm wondering if its not showing as you upgraded after the issue appeared.

No, I've not changed anything in my account for years.  I pay for 2TB of storage.

Hi from me as well, John!

When visiting your Events page here, do you see any events regarding this folder on the 25th of February?

Yes, I see hundreds of them.  I didn't quite get back to 10:13 am on February 25 when the renaming started, but I think all of them are there.

I tried Rewind again, and it only goes back to the 27th, when most of the renaming was complete.
