I can't copy and paste folders from my desktop app and I don't see Dropbox options for my files.

9 months agoHi again, hyunjoon12! If you right-click on one of your folders now, do you see the option to make it available offline?
If you do, please choose that option, wait for it to fully sync on your computer, and try to copy it again after that. Does it get successfully pasted now at the new location?

Thanks! Yes, it was solved like that for few days and things seemed to work (like seeing the icons and etc). So, I tried transferring the files within my dropbox folders. It did not work. Further, the sync icon showed on the folder disappeared. I would really appreciate help on this matter! Thank you!
