Files on the Dropbox site aren't syncing to the Dropbox desktop folder
Suddenly my files are not syncing. I can see the files on my phone app and online, but they're not showing in the Dropbox desktop folder. I've restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled, and still nothing.
One forum said launch the app to access selective sync settings. The app opens the desktop folder, there's nothing for settings.
Another forum said to click preferences, I don't have that option, mine says settings. And there's nothing about syncing.

Just to be certain, are you clicking the Dropbox icon in the system tray, in order to access the preferences for the app?

No worries, Sean106, were you able to locate the preferences to check if you haven't unchecked any folders in the selective sync settings?

Jay all the folders were checked, but that tray did show the app was syncing files. I'm assuming because I uninstalled and reinstalled, it was taking time to sync the files to the desktop folder. It happened to just finish and all files are showing again.
