I can't sync CATIA V5 .CAT drawing files to the Windows desktop app after editing them.

Dropbox can't sync CATIA V5 .CATdrawing file if there is any edit , this bug exists on every dropbox version for a very long time . It reminds "can't store data when write "  , there is no such kind ...

Hi wen j., could you walk me through the steps that you follow when you get this error? 

Do you get it after you've edited a file in CATIA?

Just to make sure we're on the same page: do you keep Dropbox open, and then use the third-party app to edit content when this happens?

/ Yes , I put all of my CATIA V5R2019 drawing and model in a Dropbox sync file . Speacially , there is no issue with Creo file , did you get any same bug report from another user ? 

I have been used dropbox for ten years , and this bug appears every time when I edit CATIA drawing on different computer .

    Hi wen j., we've not received any other users experiencing this issue. It sounds like there might be an issue with how the file is being edited on another machine, or the file is still open somewhere.
