I lost all things I stored in my Dropbox Business account. Is it because I'm not using it anymore?
I don't know why all files which i saved in my folder can not access anymore. Is this cause by not using Dropbox Business anymore?

Hi hoanang dev, Hoanang, as there are two usernames here, this could mean that you have two separate Dropbox accounts under different email addresses.
Could you check to ensure that you're logged into the correct one to see if the files are there?

The account I want to check is registered with the email:

Hey hoanang dev let me also jump in here!
We can't locate Dropbox accounts using their email address.
Have you tried signing into the account, and checking your deleted files page or events page, by any chance? If I were you, I'd also take a look at my sharing tab.
You mention that you get errors when accessing the shared links, but can you see the files when logging into your Dropbox account?
