I want to recover my local files that went missing.

Please help me to recover my data.
I would like to upgrade to any level if you can support me... I am Japanese but trying in English because I have seen all the message in English so p...

Let me start by saying that we have a dedicated Japanese team, that could assist you with that, if you feel more comfortable discussing in your native language.
Now onto the files! Have you checked your deleted files page, and event page by any chance? If so, were you able to locate any of your content there?
You also mentioned that you used your desktop app to sync your content. Did you have available space for your Dropbox account online, in order for the content to sync?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Oh!!!! Yes, there is some folder in https://www.dropbox.com/events however files are missing...
So should I upgrade now?
I just want to talk through phone or web mtg before I started upgrade because this is similar situation I ve lost all my data from my old PC...Please let me know If I have talk with support team if I pay something or
If i can do upgrade and see how it goes..but i dont wanna miss anything more than now..
