I'm missing multiple folders from my account

Hi

 

I had a whole bunch of folders named 2019,2020,2021,2022 and 2023 and they are now all gone.

 

I know they where definitely there in  December of 2023.

 

Any way to restore these folders?

    Do you know when they were deleted? If they were deleted within the last 30 days, you can recover the files from your Deleted Files page. You could also check your Events page.

    Are they the only folders missing or is the account empty? When was the last time you signed in to the account? If an account is idle for more than a year it's deleted due to inactivity.
