Hi there CoreZero - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser and let us know if you still get the same results?
Thanks!

2 years agoThanks for that, jaijai57. I saw in your recording that you tried updating your web browser towards the end. Did that make any difference?
Are you seeing the same thing via another browser/incognito window?

ok... after all that I was able to delete files when in incognito mode in chrome. and to answer your other question... updating chrome did nothing.
So there's something you guys need to fix as I shouldn't have to work so hard eh? (yes I'm Canadian lol)
thanks

Glad to hear that worked! Besides updating Chrome, you can also try to restore it to its default settings/disable any browser plugins. The issue you're experiencing may be the result of a security setting or a plugin that you have installed on your browser.
- jaijai572 years agoExplorer | Level 3Well, as I said at the very beginning, I tried this in Safari as well and it was giving me the same result so I don’t think you can blame plug-ins on the issue. I think it’s an issue that dropbox needs to deal with and as I said, this is why I generally don’t use dropbox but I’m happy to have this resolved. Thank you.
