Improvements on tag visibility and use
Hashtags are included on the File Info, but they are not easily visible. Adding a pane that could be turned on to view or add hashtags would be helpful to increase search-ability, as well as a hashtag master list where hashtags can be globally added or deleted. Right now, if you mistype a hashtag, you can delete it from use the file, but there is no way to globally delete it, so it could accidentally be chosen again.

Hey gidtbo, thanks for reaching out!
From what I can understand, you basically have two different feature requests:
- A place/pane on the Dropbox website where tags would be added and viewed
- A tag master list from where you can add and delete tags
Since that's the case, I would suggest creating two different posts for each idea, so that other users can clearly support the one the want (or both!).
