Lost all my photos after changing my email
I changed my email associated to my account, because i had no access to the last one. bur now I can’t find my photos, and with my past email there is no account associated anymore 😭 does anyone know...
There is nothing there, and i dont have access to the other account. And when i try to enter to that first account, It says there is no account with that email, so i believe dropbox erased it. In my past phone, which i changed, my account with my new email was working fine, but now I don’t have anything 😞

Dropbox Community ModeratorAlejandraescalantef, just to clarify; did you update the email address of your existing Dropbox account to another one or did you create a separate Dropbox account with the new email address that you can access?
Just like Mark mentioned above, updating the email address of a Dropbox account doesn’t affect its files, since it’s still the same account. What changes is the email address that you use upon logging in.
- i updated 😭 and it was working just fine, until i changed to a new phone, and everything changed 💔 now there is nothing in my account

Hi Alejandraescalantef, is it possible that you were using a different Dropbox account, under a different email address than the one you're using when you try to sign in?
Do you have any other linked devices that you can use, in order to see your files there, and possibly download them?
