Lost photos and videos
My Dropbox is no longer showing most photos or videos (although some videos from 8 years ago are still there). When I hit "photo", I see my pics for a mega-second ... and then that pitiful dog shows up. I'm on a MacBook Pro, I've tried different web browsers, logged in and out
of Dropbox several times but to no avail. Most recently, I loaded video and pics in December but they're not there (I did successfully share a video that month). Thanks for helping out!
Hey NJAY, sorry to jump in here.
I just wanted to mention that there's no way to automatically combine individual Dropbox accounts at the moment.
The easiest way to combine individual accounts is to move all files and folders from the older account to the main one you want to use.
Let us know if you have any other questions!

First, thanks for responding! Dropbox.com/events shows the same thing --- four files, I hit photos and they pop up, then they immediately go to the snoozing dog. I googled "incognito" ... it's for privacy? How do you I use it?

It was me. I have two Dropbox accounts ... each with a different email.
So new question: Should I combine them? Thank you so much for taking the time to help me!
