Missing all folders and files.
I went on Dropbox today and all my material, folders, files and contacts are missing. It's like I was never on Dropbox

The files should still be on your account then, however, if they were deleted over 30 days ago, then it wouldn't be possible to recover them at this point.
Are you certain that you don't have another email address which you could have used for Dropbox?

3 years agoHey ljsellers, to find out if you have another Dropbox account, I would suggest looking through your email accounts for emails from Dropbox.
This should give you a hint as to whether you've used another email address to sign up for Dropbox.

I had another email account but the files are missing in that one also.

Have you looked into your deleted files page and your events page, to see if you can find out anything about them?
