Missing Files and they aren't in recently deleted files

Missing Files  After my subscription renewed today almost all (95%) of my files disappeared and are not in recently deleted files.

Nothing is in the events page either! It looks like a few pictures and videos may be missing. There are blank spaces through out my files

Hey Kearcuri, sorry to jump in here, but I wanted to ask; is it possible that you have another Dropbox account, associated with another email address of yours?

 

When is the last time you remember seeing this missing file in your account?
