My Dropbox account was randomly downgraded and I've lost all of my files/folders.

Somehow my account plan was downgraded, not by my doing, and all of my files and folders are gone! I have tried emailing multiple times and keep getting an Oops! message, which wipes out all the information I entered.

How do I reach someone for real help with this issue?

I have lost years worth of documents, videos, and audio files.

Are you sure you're signed in to the correct account? That sounds like you're signed in to a different account, or perhaps created a new, empty account. This is often the case.
