Hi there DSSC - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please clarify your device's OS version and the version of the Dropbox app installed there as well?
If you're using the website to do this instead, just let me know.
A screenshot would also help, so feel free to include one in your next reply.
Thanks!

Hey Eadiesrws0440, thanks for posting here today!
Would you mind clarifying a few of the info my colleague, Walter asked the OP above?
Do you use the Dropbox website in order to open your Excel file? Does this happen with a specific document or all of them?
Feel free to let me know your OS, along with the platform you're using, and we'll take it from there.
Thanks a bunch!

Yes, I use the Dropbox website to open my Excel file and it is happening with all of them.

Hey Eadiesrws0440, have you tried using a different browser, and check if you get the same results there?
If yes, would you mind sending me a screenshot of the behavior you mentioned, in order for me to have a visual too?

Cannot use a different browser.
The tabs for the sheets are not at the bottom of the page.

Hi Eadiesrws0440, in this case could you kindly clear your browser's cache, and then also try an incognito tab to access your files?
