permanently deleting files - it won't let me. help!
i try & delete a file permanently & it won't let me. what now?

Did you try to refresh the page afterwards, to see if that helps?
If not, make sure to also try to permanently delete your files using a different browser or a private browsing window as well.

hi hannah,
refreshing helped. however there are files it won't let me delete, AND it's not showing that i have any more space even though i deleted tons of files.
it still will not synch. ugh!

Hi lorena d, deleting files would free up your space immediately, so there's no need to permanently delete them.
Is it possible you have a backup running on your account, taking up the quota?
