Please help me recover my account and files

I had a business accout and missed the deletion notice and had files spanning over 14 years.  Is there any way to recover them? NT

Hi there NT1969 - sorry to hear about this.

When you say a business account, could you please clarify the exact Dropbox plan you were on?

Also, did you try logging into the account and if so, are you getting any particular error?
