Scroll by letter/number doesn't work with many files/folders

When I try to scroll by letter/number in a folder with less than 100 files/folders I am able to scroll down to that letter/number. In a folder I have that has over 3,000 folders, this feature does no...

Sorry for the delay here, TERRACE_87.

 

If you open the Dropbox app, tap on "account", then on the gear icon and then you turn off the "Keep folders on top" option, does that help?

No it does not. I had that setting turned on already.
