Tag Multiple Files

It would be nice to have a space specifically for tagging so we can tag multiple files and just see tags easier. Also, making this function (tagging) for the dropbox app.

It would also be nice to have a tagging capability when searching (having the get info screen or some of the above).

Hi there tmteg - thanks for sharing your thoughts about the tagging feature with us.

Your feedback has been logged in our system - you can let us know if you have anything else to add.

As for tagging multiple files, you can put them in a folder and set an automation to tag them in bulk.

    I hope this helps!

That workaround isn't very helpful as you might as well just name the folder whatever the tag is! The purpose of tagging (at least for me, working with photos/ videos) is - just like you find in stock photo/ video websites - you can put 5-10 tags which are specific to that image. Maybe accomodation, night time, eating, farmhouse, romantic, couples, etc, you can't create a folder for every tag!! Batch tagging is essential. So many people must be not using Dropbox for this weakness. I'm now looking at Flicker, pCloud..etc
