Why is the watermark automation not working?
Hi, I have the professional essential plan, and I added watermark automation into the folder including all subfolders. I also adjust the size, color, and opacity to make sure it will show up. However...

Just to make sure we're on the same page here, are the following the same steps you followed on your end to apply the watermarks to all files in an existing folder?
-Click the ellipsis beside the folder you wish to add the watermarking automation to.
-Click "add automation".
-Choose auto-watermark.
-Choose how you would like the watermark to look.
-Check the "Apply to current files" box.
-Click save.
This will apply the chosen watermark to all files in the folder, as well as automatically apply it to all future files uploaded/moved to this folder.
