A shared view-only link will not work as users have to log in and request access

6 months agoHi Soo Li, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you try to open the shared link yourself on an incognito/private browsing window (meaning you're not logged into any Dropbox account) and see what options you get?
There should be an option to log in to a Dropbox account, however, beneath that prompt, there should also be an option to view the link on the website instead.
