Access to files in deleted accpounts

If an employee has created a shared folder and then the employee leaves the company, and their Dropbox account is deleted, do the remaining employees with whom the files are shared still have access ...

    Correct. During the process of removing a team member, the team admin is asked if they want to transfer the member's files to another member and they can chose to transfer now or transfer later.
