Add root level folder Dropbox Business Standard

I use Dropbox Business Standard and am the admin.  I have 4 root level folders that I see if I open the Dropbox folder on my computer or at dropbox.com.  I want to add a fifth.  Can I?  On Dropbox.co...

    Hey Rothman and Company, sorry to jump in here. 

     

    If you go to the content tab in your admin console, are you able to create a team folder from there?

     

    If you can do it from there, but not the all files page or your main Dropbox folder, you might have the top-level content management setting set to "only admins".

     

    Setting this to "everyone" should allow you to create folders from "all files" and your Dropbox folder.

Hey ramisamo, can you send me a screenshot of the location you're trying to create the folder in?

 

Also, I'd like a screenshot of the error, so I can investigate further.

    Hi ramisamo, you will only be able to create folders on the business account via the admin console. It isn't possible to do so via Explorer.
