Hey Rothman and Company, sorry to jump in here.
If you go to the content tab in your admin console, are you able to create a team folder from there?
If you can do it from there, but not the all files page or your main Dropbox folder, you might have the top-level content management setting set to "only admins".
Setting this to "everyone" should allow you to create folders from "all files" and your Dropbox folder.

2 years agoHi ramisamo, you will only be able to create folders on the business account via the admin console. It isn't possible to do so via Explorer.
